Bloodbuy reflects our process end-to-end — from our initial discovery work to the realized product in market. 

Strategic Execution

It took a highly embedded approach, and skilled team, to navigate the complex constraints:

  • Little technology acumen at either the Blood Centers or Hospital;
  • Low-end computer power and browser support;
  • Ingrained process and procedures — many of which relied on paper-based tools and word-of-mouth activities.

Through a rigorous investigation and co-design process, we developed a solution that worked across the board. These workflows were beneficial to both Hospitals and Blood Centers, and they immediately adopted the system as a result.
